The Walter E Clark 3-Inch by 50-Foot Tree Wrap has received positive reviews for its ability to protect young tree bark from sun scald, wind and winter sun. It is easy to use and works as it should. The wrap can be put on trees using basic masking or duct tape and it doesn't stick to the bark. The product is not intended to protect trees from deer, however, wrapping trees to prevent sun scald and using a roll of wire fencing can be used. The product is made in the USA and it Consists of coated industrial paper that can withstand the abuses of a Zone 8a winter if applied as directed. The tree wrap is not sufficient to deter squirrels or ants from damaging the trees. It is recommended to use three rolls of tree wrap for four trees that are 3" wide.
