New Testament Editorial Review
ESV Illuminated Scripture Journal: Psalms The ESV Illuminated Scripture Journal: Psalms is a beautiful journal made with thick plaque paper that holds up well to writing and highlighting. The gold illustrations add a touch of elegance to the overall design. The journal is similar to the Illuminated Scripture Bible, but the paper in the journal is even thicker. However, there is a big downside to Consider. Many customers have reported that the journal arrives in poor condition due to inadequate packaging. It is shipped in an unpadded mailer, which leaves it susceptible to bending, creasing, and even tearing during transit. This is a recurring issue, with multiple customers experiencing the same problem. On the positive side, the journal offers ample space for writing, drawing, or note-taking. It includes all 150 Psalms in their entirety, and there are blank pages opposite each Psalm for artistic expression or additional notes. The font is easy to read, with enlarged Psalm numbers for convenience. One potential drawback is the thickness of the book, which makes it difficult for the journal to lay flat while in use. Additionally, some customers have expressed concerns about the transparency of the pages, worrying that their work may bleed through. However, there are positive reviews suggesting that this is not a major issue. Overall, the ESV Illuminated Scripture Journal: Psalms is a good option for those who enjoy journaling through the Psalms. It offers plenty of room for personal reflections and creative expression. However, potential buyers should be aware of the packaging issues that can result in the journal arriving in less than perfect condition.
