The swivel works well in all directions, and despite requiring two people to assemble and mount, the process is straightforward. The product comes well-packaged in two separate packages and is a great alternative to building a speed bag platform from scratch. While expensive, it is a "you get what you pay for" product and is of excellent quality. It works well for both professional gyms and home garages.
