Programming Editorial Review
Despite the initial excitement about the product, there is an overall sense of disappointment and frustration toward the "Learn to Program with Minecraft" book. The book is well designed, printed in full color, and uses Python for coding, which is easy to learn, follows a game-based learning approach, and encourages coding in Minecraft. However, reviewers repeatedly mention that the book is outdated, leading to many errors and frustrations in the installation process of the required software tools. It uses old versions of Minecraft, Java, and code libraries, making it almost useless for the average user unless they have experience programming, specifically with outdated tools.
