The Accel Kit for Ford V8 Single Point Eliminator is a kit specifically designed to eliminate points for better performance. The kit itself is the yellow part shown in the photo and does not come with the distributor. The installation of the kit requires self-installation. Responses to various FAQs indicate that it works on different types and models of engines from 283 motor to 1970 f100 with a 360 engine. While some customers have reported issues with the Accel Kit, such as it failing after two months, or having malfunctioning coil and wires, others have found it to work extremely well and have fixed their engine problems.
