In general, customers have had a positive experience with this controller. It works well with various systems and games, including Android TVs, Linux, Windows 10 and 11, and Hogwarts Legacy. The controller has a nice feel and look, and the wireless version turns off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity. However, some customers have experienced issues with the buttons or the controller suddenly stopping working. One customer received a defunct controller but was offered a full refund while another experienced issues with a flimsy adapter. It's recommended for Linux users.
