Dogs Editorial Review
**** "Bluey: Road Trip" has garnered a mix of responses from readers, particularly among families who are fans of the beloved children's series. Positive feedback highlights the book's appeal, especially for young fans who enjoy the associated movie. Many reviewers appreciate its suitability for family vacations and note that it’s longer than typical Bluey books yet still manageable for bedtime stories. Parents have noted that it serves as an engaging read during long car journeys, making it a perfect companion for summer road trips. However, there are some criticisms regarding the storyline itself. A few reviewers feel that the plot lacks freshness and creativity, suggesting that the writers may have exhausted their ideas. This sentiment seems to resonate particularly with older children, as one parent expressed that their 7-year-old shared in the boredom depicted in the story. Overall, while "Bluey: Road Trip" is enjoyed by many for its connection to the popular show and its practical use in family settings, some readers question its storyline's originality. **
