About This Item

Start by selecting a flat, heat-resistant surface and place your item on it.
It is recommended to iron your item beforehand to ensure a smooth and suitable surface for the patch. 2. Choose the desired position for the patch and carefully place it with the adhesive side flat against the fabric. Make sure it is aligned correctly and not crooked. 3.
Heat up your iron on the hottest setting that your fabric can withstand. It is important to turn off the steam option and empty any water from the iron. 4. Next, cover the patch with a thin towel.
This not only protects the patch and the surrounding fabric but also prevents any damage to the design. 5. Position the heated iron over the patch and press down firmly. Apply as much pressure as possible and hold it for approximately 15 seconds. 6.
Once done, remove the iron and allow the patch to cool. Lift the towel and gently rub the edge of the patch to ensure it is securely fixed. If it lifts slightly, replace the towel and apply the iron for an additional 10 seconds. For added durability, consider sewing around the edges of the patch using a sewing machine or a needle and thread.
This will further secure the patch and minimize the chances of it coming off, even with frequent wear and laundering. Please note the following precautions: - Polyester fabrics should be handled with care as the high heat necessary for ironing on patches can potentially burn or discolor them. - Delicate fabrics such as silk are not suitable for patch application. Respuesta: After allowing the patch to cool, gently rub the edge with your finger to see if it lifts. If it does, you can place a thin towel over it and press it again with the iron for 10 seconds.
